DIY Sustainable Lucky Charms

To give each other lucky charms is a really nice New Year's Eve tradition. But most of the time the little gifts are out of plastic and something you lose within two or three days. And if you don't lose them, they run to seed in any corner of your flat.
So, why not making a useful lucky charm this year? Here a little edible inspiration: A "Lucky Granola in a Jar". Easy, sustainable and yummy. The best part: It's also a perfect late Christmas present.
Das wird gebraucht:

* 5 EL Haferflocken
* 2 EL Mandelstifte
* 2 EL gemischte Nüsse
* 1 EL Kokoschips
* 2 EL Agavendicksaft (edit: mittlerweile würde ich Ahornsirup verwenden)
* 1 EL Paranussöl (oder Öl nach Geschmack)
* 1 EL Wasser
* Zimt
* Echte Vanille

* 1 EL Rosinen
* 2 TL Kakaopulver (ungesüßt)

* 5 tbsp Oats
* 2 tbsp Almonds
* 2 tbsp Mixed Nuts
* 1 tbsp Coconut Crisps
* 2 tbsp Agave Nectar (edit: I'd take maple syrup now)
* 1 tbsp Brazil Nut Oil (or whatever oil you like)
* 1 tbsp Water
* Cinnamon
* Genuine Vanilla

* 1 tbsp Raisins
* 2 tbsp Cocoa

So wird's gemacht:

Fertig! :)

1. Stir together oats, almonds, nuts, coconut, agave nectar, oil, cinnamon, vanilla and water. Put the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 150°C until it is golden brown. Let it cool.
2. Take the granola, mix it with raisins and cocoa, put it into a jar and decorate the jar with brown paper and rosemary or sprigs of fir. Write a little message and finished!
